PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FEE SCHEDULE

• 5.5% commission of rental income (including GST)
• Letting Fee - two week’s rent + GST per 12 month lease secured
• Subsequent Lettings secured with new tenant = 2 week’s rent + GST per 12 month lease secured
• Document fees $16.50 plus $1.50 GST for tenant lease
• Reimbursement of Bank Charges
• Postage & Sundries $5.00 per month
• Reimbursement of Tradesman/Repair costs
• Reimbursement of advertising in "The Sydney Morning Herald" and other local newspapers. As per approved advertising schedule.
• Complimentary Photo Display Listing on www.domain.com.au & www.realestate.com.au
• Complimentary Sign at property (optional)
